Supervise projects at all stages from concept development, through preconstruction, construction and closeout

Direct:

• Pre-Development activities (budgets, design concepts, methods of procurement of construction options, project logistics, environmental issues etc.)
• Due Diligence process (environmental, zoning, surveys, site assessment and conditions, traffic studies, adjacent structures etc.)
• Permit process and regional government issues
• Project budgets and project costs
• Define project scope
• Negotiate change (owner, contractor, subcontractor, suppliers etc.)
• Value Engineering (obtain the best products and layout for long term use and value)
• Quality Control (design and construction documents, construction standards etc.)
• Schedules (identify critical paths, key milestones and constraints)
• Contract for all FF&E (Furniture Fixtures and Equipment, OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment) and AV (Audio Visual equipment and systems)
• Negotiate and prepare design and construction contracts
• Prepare Executive reports and progress updates (monthly reports)
